Medicines can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if unused and in original sealed packaging accompanied by invoice.

1. Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return must be unopened, in their original manufacturer packaging, with intact security seals and batch numbers matching your purchase invoice.

2. Temperature-Sensitive Items

Cold-chain items (e.g., Insulin, specialized vaccines requiring 2°C–8°C storage) are non-returnable once accepted at delivery to ensure strict medicine safety standards.
